Dear Beautiful Creators,
I’m curating a heartfelt community project titled Savoring Substack: What Has Moved Us Most — a digital collection of personal reflections on the small moments, connections, and realizations we’ve experienced through this space.
This platform has quietly become something rare: a place for depth, creativity, and shared humanity. I’d love to gather your stories — the ones that stay with you — and weave them into a printable ebook that celebrates the beauty of showing up here.
What I’m Inviting
I’m gathering short personal reflections (up to 500 words) centered around the question:
“What moment, connection, or realization on Substack has stayed with you — and reminded you of what truly matters?”
You might share:
A post or comment that made you feel deeply seen
A conversation or collaboration that surprised you
How writing here has helped you reclaim your voice, your pace, or your purpose
A quiet truth or creative joy you’ve rediscovered through this space
What matters most is that it’s real — and meaningful to you.
How It Works
All submissions will be included in a beautifully designed community ebook titled Savoring Substack: What Has Moved Us Most
A curated selection may also be featured in an upcoming Substack post
Everyone who contributes will:
Receive the full printable ebook for free
Be acknowledged by name in the thank-you section
Be part of a special community celebration post
The final collection will be available to other readers for $4.99 — a small way to support continued creative projects and honor the time and care behind this work
Submissions will be reviewed after June 30, 2025. The ebook will launch by July 10, 2025.
✨ To keep this project meaningful and manageable, I’ll be accepting up to 25–30 submissions — if you’d like to be included, I encourage you to share your story soon.
I’m truly honored to read your words and deeply grateful to share this journey with you.

🌿 Why This Matters
This project is more than a collection of stories. It’s a celebration of what makes Substack feel like home for so many of us — depth, honesty, generosity, and true human connection. As I’ve spent time here, I’ve come to see just how rare and beautiful this kind of creative space really is.
Here’s what I’ve come to value most:
Connection is everything.
There’s a wild, beautiful joy in discovering kindred spirits across the globe. Through posts and comments, I’ve witnessed raw honesty — grief, joy, anxiety, humor, hope — served in generous, grandmother-sized helpings.Supporting each other matters.
Whether it’s buying someone’s digital offering, leaving a kind word, or restacking a post, every small gesture builds a web of encouragement and solidarity.Purpose lives in the present.
I still don’t know exactly where I’m going — but I know I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep reading, writing, reflecting, and shouting out the good I see. Maybe the point isn’t reaching some big finish line — maybe it’s simply being here, fully.Authenticity shines.
Each day, I come across mammoth-sized doses of courage and clarity. There’s not enough time to read all the beauty being offered here — but I try.Kindness is everywhere.
This platform has taught me that kindness isn’t rare — it’s just quiet. But when you listen closely, you’ll find it, especially in the comments, the shares, the unseen support.
✨ This ebook is simply one way to lift each other up, to spotlight more of what’s honest and inspiring, and to remind us that we’re not alone on this creative path.
Thank you for being part of it.
With all my heart,
Lis 💖💖💖
